WASHED UP MERMAID...

Hair dye and concert makeup... Because I have bleached hair, I have been experimenting with as many colours as I can lately. This Bleach London colour - washed up mermaid - I'm absolutely in love with! I would definitely recommend this dye, (as well as the Bleach London silver shampoo and conditioner for platinum blonde hair) as i personally have found it to be much better than crazy colour; it lasts longer , and is not too expensive at all. Loving the poster in the background :') I'm off to see a band called Nothing But Thieves this evening (very excited) and as I don't want my makeup to smudge, I have used a little more than i would usually. Most of the product's I have used are completely affordable drugstore products. Including: The previously reviewed L'oreal Infallible primer and foundation, with a small amount of Rimmel London Lasting finish foundation in the colour light porcelain. The Rimmel London Wake Me Up concealer correcteur. No7 Perf

ELEGANT TOUCH...

Elegant Touch Totally Bare Stiletto Nail's... I'm not one to usually buy fake nails, however i had cut all mine off and was really intrigued by the 'stiletto' shape, and figured it would be difficult to grow my nails into that shape. So, i bought these Elegant Touch nails - which are a 'blank canvas to create your own look'. I personally don't like my nails too long, and although these were in the shortest size, i gave them a trim (which i haven't been able to do on any fake nails before) and painted in dark blue (from Rimmel London). Unlike most nails i have tried , these ones practically felt like my own nail's, and i was able to go about my day without worrying too much about them falling off. Saying that, i did have to re-stick a couple of the nail's after a few day's but that was what i expected , and the glue was pretty strong too. Definitely recommend these to people on a budget as well, because they are only £4.65 from boots -

L'oreal Infallible.

L'oreal Infallible Mattifying Primer and Foundation... I have been a fan of L'Oreal products for a while now, however i have never bought a foundation or primer from them until now. The only other primer I have tried out was the Porefessional by Benefit, which did minimize the appearance of my pores slightly, however its quite pricey and I thought I would look at other brands of Primers to compare. Both the Porefessional and Infallible contain Silicone which in terms of skincare covers the skin to protect and keep the moisture in. It also fills in uneven skin texture, meaning the primer gives a better 'illusion' of flawless skin. Anyway, i would definitely recommend the Infallible Primer to someone with fine lines or small pores , because it's lightweight and doesn't feel heavy on the skin; but it may not be heavy enough to fill in larger pores, deep wrinkles, or large amounts of acne scarring. I bought the foundation in the shade Vanilla, which thanks to my

Lace and Ice cream.

OOTD// 5.07.2015... Burgundy Boots - Boohoo.com - Still in stock. Black jeans - H&M - the hole in the knee was not originally there. However similar style can be bought from ASOS.com. It's the ice cream vans time of year! Hanging out by the shed :/ Lace top - TK MAXX - from a brand called JAPNA. Similar lacey style tops can be found on Missguided.com https://www.missguided.co.uk/clothing. Had these simple black jeans for years now, they pretty much go with anything so I would definitely say black jeans are a wardrobe essential. The white lace top is lightweight material which is good for warm summer days, and has quite a bohemian feel to it. I have been loving these burgundy biker boots as they are my cheaper substitute for Doc Marten's, (which are on my shopping wishlist!)and can be paired with so much to give it a slightly edgy look.
