WOLF ALICE ♡

Photo Diary and Gig Outfit: WOLF ALICE♡ SWIM DEEP♡ AND BLOODY KNEES♡. (Still unaware if anyone actually reads these , but I'm sorry for not posting in such a long time! Ive been extremely busy with college work, and overly distracted by personal issues :)) So over the weekend, me and my dad took a little trip up North for a Wolf Alice gig at Keele University - It was amazing! Most of the time the support acts are nothing compared to the main act, however we were pleasantly surprised by first and second band - Bloody Knees, and Swim Deep. I had listened to Swim Deep before so I was excited to hear them play live; both them and Bloody Knees didn't disappoint us. Obviously Wolf Alice were great, and we were so happy about how close we were to the barrier; most likely the closest we will ever get to them as they are only getting more and more popular. And they deserve it!  It was a freezing cold evening, and Im finding myself wearing lots of black at the moment. I wore...

CAMDEN SHENANIGINS ♡

Image
BIRTHDAY DAY OUT... My Birthday was over a month ago now, and I was unable to post this for some reason or another! But we had an amazing time up in Camden town , looking around the market, eating Jamaican food and doughnuts , and just generally taking in our colourful surroundings. ♥  Usually when i'm heading to Camden , I tend to wear brighter colours (whether that is clothes, or my lipstick) however , today I clearly thought my hair was bright enough. So, I stuck to a more natural bronze glow ( Yes, this is me with bronzer on haha) being such a pale thing - and kept to my usual 'go to' golden brown eyeshadow shade, with mascara obviously and my top waterline lined with Kohl pencil eyeliner. I also used a small amount of benetint near the top of my bottom lip, to give a subtle ombre effect. There was so much to look at as we had expected , which is why we went early in the day to allow us plenty of time! We did some thrift shopping in Camden thrift sho...

SHABBY CHIC ♡

Image
༺Photo Diary : A rainy day in Italy ♥ Ciao! This particular day in Gravagna I mainly spent inside - just like i would do back home on a dreary day. Luckily in Italy, despite it thundering outside, the air remains pretty hot, so shorts are still most definitely the 'dress code'. As you can see by the door of our house in the background, it's all quite rustic looking and full of character. I guess it could be called old-school 'shabby chic'? I bought these worn out looking medium blue denim shorts not too long before we left for Italy. These are from H&M , and in a size 8 they are the perfect fit for me. They are a little frayed at the edges, and slightly high waisted so look good with pretty much any style of top. Here is a similar pair being sold by H&M online - SHORTS. Right about this time, i really regretted not taking a spare bottle of hair dye with me, as my roots are coming through quite dark at the top.  Going back to basics, we had to...

Hot Chilli Snog ♡

Looking For a SNOG on the Southbank ♡ We Took a trip up to the Southbank in London , and came across a pink double-deker which turned out to be selling SNOG frozen yoghurt.   I haven't worn bright red lips like this since I died my hair dark brown, because I didn't feel I could wear it as casually with white blonde hair. Im still on the fence about it, however I love the colour in itself - it's called Hot Chilli by Rimmel London. The street Art we saw was super good, as we sat admiring the surroundings from the top of the SNOG bus. (This post was meant to have been posted before i went away 2 weeks ago, however there was a connection problem! The next couple will be about my time in Italy.) Amelia x ♥

BRIGHTON ON PRIDE DAY♡

Image
Photo Diary and Outfit post - from Saturday... We started out in Brighton Mariner , as the streets were filled with people supporting Gay Pride, and rainbow flags were being waved everywhere we turned ; meaning most roads were blocked off. We eventully made our way over to a quieter end of Brighton beach after lunch, for a bit of sunbathing - and then doughnuts from the pier on the way back. Seeing as it its summer, I also decided to try out these gold and silver tatoos by Simply Shine - http://www.amazon.com/Simply-Shine. Excuse the plaster on my nose :/ Still using the same hair dye, but tried out a lighter shade of blue called Blullini! My makeup was quite natural, and using Mac woodwinked eyeshadow and No7 bronzer in light and medium, I tried to give my face more of a gold/bronze glow. Turquoise spotty backpack - from Accesorize - not sure if the same one is being sold, but these types of backpacks are really popular at the moment and I've s...
